Early check-in or late check-out must be communicated by the customer at the time of booking. If possible, you will be informed of any additional costs.

A payment of 50% of the total amount must be made within two calendar days following the confirmation received from Mediterranean Holiday Solutions REI S.L..
Failure to make this payment within the specified period will result in the cancellation of the confirmation and therefore the booking.
The second payment (the remaining 50%) must be paid at check-in.
The total payment must be received before the keys are handed over.
Each bank transfer sent or received by Mediterranean Holiday Solutions REI S.L. to or from the United Kingdom or outside the European Union will incur an additional charge of €25, payable by the guest. -
At the time of booking, the customer must provide accurate details of the number of guests and communicate any special requests.
Any changes before arrival must be notified by the guest and reviewed by the company. If approved, any additional costs will be communicated. -
The customer must pay a security deposit of €1,000 together with the second payment.
This deposit will be returned within 7 days after check-out, provided that the property is returned without visible damage and that the house rules, available on mediterraneanibiza.com, are respected. -
Bookings made and confirmed through the website mediterraneanibiza.com will receive a discount bonus on the services offered by the company.
Any service must be requested at least 48 hours in advance to check availability.
The amount and conditions of the bonus will be communicated to the customer at the time of booking confirmation. -
Parties and smoking are not permitted inside the property.

Pets are not allowed.

A full cleaning service is provided twice a week.
Booking Confirmation Terms
After making a booking through the mediterraneanibiza.com website, the customer must wait for a confirmation email from Mediterranean Holiday Solutions REI S.L. in order to validate the booking.
If the conditions for confirming the booking are met, you will be sent the booking terms and conditions.
Otherwise, you will be notified of the unavailability, and we will do our best to find an alternative solution.
