Terms & Conditions

1) The guest can reserve the villas of our group, directly from the calendar, if the dates are free, the booking is accepted.

2) After making the reservation, the guest will have to pay 30% of the entire amount within 48 hours, the receipt of the payment will result in the booking confirmation.

3) Payment can be made: by bank transfer or with Pay pal.

4) The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge 60 days before the arrival, the sums paid excluding the pay pal costs, will be returned within a week of the cancellation request.

5) If the guest cancels the reservation within 60 days before arrival he will not be entitled to any refund.

6) The guest at the time of check-in must deliver the requested damage deposit to the person in charge of the group, this will be returned by bank transfer, one week after check-out, if no damage will be found.

7) Including cleaning costs.

8) Do not include tourist tax €, 2.20 per person per day.

8) A Deposit: € 500.00 – to be deposited at check-in. It will be returned by bank transfer within one week after check out, if there have been no problems of any kind

9) Rooms cleaning will be done from 11am to 12:30pm.

10) The left-luggage service must be ordered at the check in.

 

PLEASE READ AND SIGN THE FOLLOWING RULES:

In order to avoid problems and especially the expulsion (without refund) from the house, please read and sign the following House Rules:

1. It’s Forbidden to bring other people in the house.(in particular means more people to sleep over paying people).

2. Hours of silence: silence is required from h. 22:00 pm toh. 08:00 am and from h. 13:00 pm to h. 17:00pm (siesta) – The Police, in case of intervention on call, it will make a fine ranging from € 500.00 to € 2,000.00, depending on the disorder or damage.
Please in general not to make excessive noise, especially during the night not to scream and not hold loud music after midnight.

3. It’s forbidden to make PARTIES.

4. Avoid dangerous games in the swimming pool.

5. The crockery used should be left clean upon check-out. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty of € 50.00 which will be deducted from the security deposit.

6. The garbage produced must be thrown completely into the appropriate containers on the street. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty of € 50.00 which will be considered by the security deposit.

7. Lights: please switch off lights after use and the air conditioning at the end of use or when leaving the house.

8. Entrance doors, windows and shutters: please always close before leaving, the guest will be responsible for any damage that occurs in the house if he or she does not respect this rule.

9. Alarm: please activate the alarm when you leave, the guest will be responsible for any damage that occurs in the house when you do not respect this rule.
